Terry John Zila has been experimenting in the kitchen most of his life. Fifteen years in the restaurant industry has exposed him to a wide variety of cooking styles. In his classes, he uses that culinary knowledge to create fail-proof recipes geared to the home cook. Terry operates johnjeanjuan, a wedding cake and special occasion dessert business. Terry, a Master Gardener and Certified Garden Specialist at The Home Depot also appears on the D.I.Y. show Sweat Equity. He is a member of the IACP (International Association of Culinary Professionals) and a regular food and entertaining contributor to KARE 11’s Showcase Minnesota and KARE 11 News @ 4:00 P. M. Terry is also a food and entertaining guest for the Matt McNeil Show on AM 950 KTNF Radio.
Terry also has a Construction Management degree. He knows the ins and outs of kitchen functionality. Having cooked in dozens of homes, he can tell you what does, and doesn’t, work.

Jeff Danberry has been designing and building residential homes throughout the western suburbs for over thirty years. As a licensed contractor, he has worked with hundreds of homeowners to develop creative ideas and innovative alternatives that fit their budget. Over the years, he has come to the realization that his strength lies in the architectural design phase of these projects. He started Excelsior Design Group because a comprehensive design is essential to a successful building project.
From small bathroom remodels to total home construction, Jeff has worked with homeowners throughout Hennepin County. He’s designed and remodeled old homes and built new ones. He know what floor plans will work and which ones will not. He works with an experienced team of interior designers and draftsman that will help you pick out such things as cabinets, wall fixtures, paint colors and more! He has won multiple design awards and has been featured in a number of publications.
