The current 1970’s “U” shaped kitchen with a brick grill had minimal views to their back yard and poor access to the porch. Their dinning room was essentially unused. The homeowners were looking to open up the kitchen to allow for more space to socialize with friends and family and to create a dinning room that was more livable.
